STORE POLICY

• Our nails are handmade & made to order, therefore order fulfillment is 7-14 days after sizing information is received.

• Due to the nature of our products, refunds and exchanges are not honored for any press on, cuticle oils or nail care product orders.

• Order cancellations are welcomed within 24hrs of ordering, but refunds are not available after.

• All orders come with tracking info. Once an order is mailed, we are not responsible for lost or late arrival of packages.

• We are not responsible for incorrect sizing, so please take your time when measuring your nails OR order a sizing kit for most accurate sizing.
