How do I measure my nails?

Measuring your nails is simple, you can follow the instructions listed on our “Sizing Guide” page, or ordering a sizing kit for a more accurate measurement.

Are your press ons reusable?

Yes! All press on nails come with glue tabs & nail glue. With the nail tabs, you can reuse your nails as many times as you want. They allow about 1-2 days wear. For a more permanent wear, use the nail glue. Glue allows up to two weeks wear. You can reuse them, but we do recommend that you purchase an inexpensive e-file to clean off excess glue before rewearing.

Are your press ons hand made?

All of our press ons are hand painted by Ami Vega. All orders are made using the finest Japanese gel products. From our press ons, to our top coats. Each order is carefully made and handled with love & attention.

What comes with my press on order?

All press-on nail orders include the following: mini file, buffer, alcohol prep pad, nail glue tabs, nail glue and reusable cuticle pusher. You can always repurchase a prep kit in our store.

Can I return my order if it doesn’t fit right?

No, all sales are final. We are not responsible for sizing errors as our customers are responsible for sizing their own nails. You can size your nails via our sizing guide OR order a sizing kit for a more accurate measurement. Tutorials on how to size your nails can be found on our instagram.

Do you offer custom design?

Yes! We offer custom press on sets. A consultation via email is offered once order is placed, where the customer is welcomed to work with Ami V on their concept and idea.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

All nail sets are made to order, so a time of 7-14 days is allotted. Fulfillment time starts when nail sizing is received. If you ordered a sizing kit, please note that fulfillment begins once you’ve emailed us with your order number and nail sizes. For inquiries about your order, please email us at orders@amivnails.com

How long will my nails last?

Wear time is dependent on lifestyle. For nail glue tabs, wear time is 1-2 days and for nail glue, its up to 2 weeks. Using gel glue, or silicone glue can extend the wear of your press ons by up to 2 more weeks. But may make the press ons non reusable.

What do I do if I lose a nail?

No worries! We offer replacement nails. Just order the quantity needed. In the “notes” section, put down your order number for the set you’ve lost and the sizes you need.
